Description

Agave 'Blue Glow'  A beautiful smaller Agave forming solitary rosettes reaching around 2 feet tall and 3 feet across.  The succulent leaves are blue-green with red margins. Along the margin are red soft spines and a stout short red terminal spine.

Author's NotesAfter seeing this plant in a few botanical gardens it is interesting to note how they may be a bit different. I have seen ones listed as "Blue Glow" that were very blue and others with bluish chalky leaves. Since these gardens are in hardiness zone #5, this difference may be from how they were overwintered in the greenhouse.
