| Propagation | seeds, insitu, I like to place 3 seeds in a peat pot, than a week later seed more pots, the number of pots depends on how many plants you want, by spacing out the seed times you can get a continual crop of tender swollen stems, stems can get very hard, plant out as early as you can |

| Author's Notes | I have grown Kohlrabi for many years. I like to eat it raw, in salads and roasted. Don't let the the plants get to old or the swollen stems become hard and not as good tasting as a young plant. |
