Cultivar OriginThe originator Robert Savory treated seedlings of H. nakiana with hormones and vitamins to produce more eyes for division and maybe produce a mutation. The Golden Tiara was a mutation from this project (1985)
Author's NotesThis is one of my favorite small Hosta. It grows fast and is affordable so it can be used in mass plantings.
