Sedum Strawberries and Cream (Hylotelephium telephium)  has starry white and pink flowers in a terminal cluster. Hence the common name "Strawberries and Cream.

Author's NotesI have this in one of my gardens and it is a gangly plant. (2016 update) I moved the plant where it got more sun and room. It is upright and sturdier but still has a tendency to lean over. After 12 plus years in my garden it finally bit the dust. Hope to find another and replant.
