MaintenanceGeraniums can develop edema. This is water-soaked spots on the underside of the leaf. With time these areas will develop a corky appearance. This is not a disease but a cultural problem from over watering during times when the plants are not transpiring (loosing) much water. Most Geraniums benefit from pinching or pruning during the growing season to keep the plant to size. Dead heading improves the appearance of the plant.
