SunlightPrefers bright light, but will tolerate lower light conditions. In the bright light the leaves will be a bright gray-white color and covered with a mat of fluffy white wool. In the dimmer light the color will turn to gray-green. Will take some strong direct light.
MoistureAlthough not a suggested watering procedure this plant can go totally dry and still survive. Prefers evenly moist to approach dryness.

FlowersSmall orchid colored flowers are found on the tips of the branches.
LeavesAt first the plant will grow upright but the stems will become heavy and cascade over the side of the pot. Leaves are covered with a woolly hair, especially the new leaves at the terminal tip of the branch. The brighter the light the thicker the wool.

MaintenanceSooner or later this plant will need to be cut back. It will get scraggly and the trailing stems become void of leaves. It can be cut back to about 1-2 inches of the base. The plant will quickly respond pushing up new shoots. The new shoots look like woolly covered spears pushing out of the growing media.

Author's NotesIt can't be overstressed that this plant needs bright light. The more light the better the color , thicker the wool and a compact plant.
