Virginia Sweetspire Henry's Garnet (SItea virginica) A nice medium shrub with white flowers in the spring and red fall foliage that rivals or beats the old stand by Burning Bush. Very tolerant of wet areas.

Author's NotesI purchased my shrubs in the fall at a local garden center. At first I walked past them because at a glance I though they were some type of Dogwood. In wet springs the plants can be submerged in water for brief periods of time..
