Cultivar Origin
Ulmus procera var viminalis 'Aurea' is a hybrid cultivar from the crossing U. minor subsp. minor × U. minor var. plotii. Produced before 1866 by Rosseel of Louvain.
Author's Notes
In the spring as the leaves emerge they are a very bright yellow. Very showy.
